Position: Customer Service Representative

Requirements: Customer Service Representative works in collaboration with all members of Winner Aviation to ensure customer satisfaction by performing front counter activities relating to customer needs and service. High school diploma or GED required, Must always maintain a professional appearance, six months or more experience in a position directly serving the general public,Must have experience in multiple telephone lines, Must have excellent telephone and communication skills, Proficient in general office skills; Microsoft word and excel, Must be able to pass a background check, Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Description: Typical duties might include: Communicating and working with line service and maintenance, Keep a detailed line service activity notebook, Balance cash drawer, gift cards, and pop inventory at the beginning and end of shift, Greet customers, relay orders for fuel and other services, as requested, Perform cashier duties of handling cash and credit card payments, Direct calls and messages to the proper department, Restrict access to the ramp area through Winner Aviation terminal and through GV-2, Lobby, workstation, and restrooms must be maintained in a neat and clean condition, Keep coffee bar supplied with fresh coffee during lobby hours, Transport flight crew to and from hotels, make rental car reservations if needed, Must react sensitively and in a timely fashion to all customer requests and concerns, Always greet and acknowledge our customers, say hello when a customer is walking through, Thank all of our customers upon their departure from our facility, Continually think, and communicate, ideas to improve customer service.
