Once again Winner exceeds expectation
"Once again Winner exceeds expectation. The weekend crew was excellent. We wanted to leave late on Saturday evening and Joe and his wife came out to help. Not only had the AC been put in the hangar at no charge, but Joe's visit was at no charge. Joe found a hotel room for us (we had searched for 3 hours with no luck) and even called after we left Winner at 10 pm to make sure we were ok. I fly a lot and have great service at Atlantic, Signature, and countless other FBOs. But no one touches Winner. From the rental being brought out to the AC to the complementary soda, in 30 years of flying I'm speechless about this service. I'm a professor at a college in addition to flying professionally and I will use Winner as a Quality Service benchmark example. Thanks to Joe, the line, the office. Exceptional beyond belief is Winner!
